and see what a great location this is. We have the first boat ramp on the Lake so we do a tremedous business on bait and beer. I have not opened the deli or the gas pumps (no time) I can only imagine the potential.??? The are no restuarants in the area. We have hunters in the winter so the business is not seasonal. I purchached this property 7 acres total (October 2007 )from a couple with serious medical problems. The location was closed for 2 1/2 years so I have done alot of remoldling and cleaning on the entire property. The store has sustained itself and has increased sales every month since opening approximately 1000 dollars a day monday through Thursday and 2000 to 2500 on the weekend without gas sales and hot food. We are open 9 am to 9 pm daily.
